Individual (Adult) sessions last 50 minutes these can either be face to face, online or over the telephone.

Sessions for young people aged 10 years and above are 50 minutes long.

​

For children aged 5 to 10 years, session length may vary and will be discussed with the parent or guardian to ensure what feels most comfortable and appropriate for the child.

 

Children and young people’s sessions are generally offered face to face, providing a safe and supportive environment. However, Zoom sessions can also be accommodated where suitable or preferred.

 

​I offer a free 20 minute consultation this is to enable you to be able to discuss your concerns and decide if I am the right therapist for you or your child and if counselling is the right therapy.

 

Evening and daytime appointments are available.

Student counsellors studying their level 4 or below, I offer a discounted rate of £45 for personal therapy .

Private health / medical insurance                                                    
 

I am a recognised provider of Bupa, Aviva and Vitality Health. If you have private health insurance please contact your insurance company prior to starting therapy as I require your authorisation number in order to proceed. If you choose to use your insurance to fund sessions we will need to share some information with your insurance provider.
